Restore Confidence with Permanent Full Arch Dental Implants
If you’re missing all teeth in your upper or lower arch, Full Arch Implants offer a permanent, stable, and natural-looking solution. At West Chester Family Dentistry, we specialize in full-mouth rehabilitation using advanced implant techniques to restore both the function and beauty of your smile.
This treatment replaces an entire arch of teeth using just four to six precisely placed dental implants. The implants support a custom-crafted prosthetic that looks and feels like your natural teeth—no slipping, no dietary restrictions, and no discomfort associated with removable dentures.
What Are Full Arch Implants?
Full Arch Implants—often referred to as implant-supported dentures or All-on-4—anchor a full set of prosthetic teeth using titanium implants surgically placed into the jawbone. These implants fuse with the bone, providing long-term stability and preventing bone loss.
At our office, we provide both All-on-4 dental implants and Teeth Xpress solutions, which can often support same-day placement for immediate improvements in appearance and function.
Benefits of Full Arch Dental Implants include:
- Improved chewing and speaking ability
- No adhesives or removals like with traditional dentures
- Restoration of facial shape and bone structure
- Custom aesthetic results tailored to your face
- Durable, long-term results
What to Expect During Treatment
- Initial Consultation and Planning: Your journey begins with a comprehensive exam, including digital imaging and iTero digital impressions for accurate 3D modeling. We may also use 3D printing to create surgical guides for optimal implant placement.
- Preparatory Procedures: Depending on your jawbone density, you may need procedures such as bone grafting or oral surgery prior to implant placement.
- Implant Surgery: Four to six dental implants are placed per arch. In many cases, a temporary prosthesis is attached on the same day so you can leave our office with a full, functional smile.
- Healing and Osseointegration: Over the next few months, your implants integrate with the bone. Follow-ups and Digital X-rays are performed to monitor healing.
- Final Restoration: Once integration is complete, your permanent full arch prosthesis is placed. It will look, feel, and function like natural teeth.
Throughout the process, we offer both oral sedation and nitrous oxide to ensure your comfort during every phase of treatment.

FAQs About Full Arch Implants
- How long do Full Arch Implants last?: The implants themselves can last a lifetime with proper care. The attached prosthesis typically lasts 10–15 years and can be replaced when needed.
- Are Full Arch Implants better than dentures?: Yes. Implants are fixed, do not shift or slip, and help maintain jawbone health, unlike removable dentures which can cause bone loss over time.
- Is the procedure painful?: The surgery is performed under local anesthesia and sedation, so discomfort is minimal. Most patients report manageable soreness post-procedure, similar to a tooth extraction.
- What if I don’t have enough bone for implants?: We offer bone grafting to rebuild jaw structure and make implants possible even for those with bone loss.
- Do you offer financing options?: Yes. We accept various payment methods and offer financing options to help make your implant treatment more affordable. Online payments are also available through our Patient Info page.
